The Technological Park of Andalucía is located in Málaga. Its aim is to impulse the Andalucía’s industry through scientific research, high-quality services and support for institutions and conpanies.

The Technological Park of Andalucía has been conceived to technologically impulse Andalucía’s industry. It was founded in 1988 with an agreement between the Board of Andalucía and the Málaga City Council. Four years later is officially inaugurated the Park in Campanillas within Málaga’s capital. Its main objective is to impulse the Andalucía’s industry through scientific research, high-quality services and support for institutions and companies.

* 1988 Málaga, Spain The Board of Andalucía and the Málaga City Council signed the agreement with the compromise of creating the Technological Centre
1992 Málaga, Spain Is officially inaugurated the Technological Park of Andalucía.
1995 The International Association of Science Parks and Areas of Innovation (IASP) and the PTA signed the agreement to set the IASP headquarter at the PTA.
1998 Málaga, Spain The Association of Spanish Scientific Parks sets its headquarter at the PTA.
2005 Málaga, Spain From this year, the PTA is the headquarter of the Andalucía’s Technological Space Network (RETA).
