Dealers and others attending the Haverfordwest Fairs are hereby cautioned against the practice of Lacerating with a Knifo or any Instrument for the purpose of Marking any Animal; and NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that under Statute 12 and 13 Victoria, Cap. 92, all Persons found Lacerating any Animal will be liable to a Penalty of FIVE POUNDS.
