[27 RATIONAL TREATMENT. IT is admitted by most reasonable persons -i- that nearly all diseases spring from an impure state the blood. This, of course, arises from many causes, the most fre- quent being want of pure air and over indulgence in eat- ing and drinking. The artificial state of existence which most of the in- habitants of our great towns are compelled to lead, induces much of that langour and ill-health which indicate a vi tinted state of the blood. A remedy, however, may be found in KAYE'S WORSDELL'S PILLS, which, for more than a quarter of a century, have beew recognised, on all hands to be the BEST PURIFIER OF THE BLOOD known in Medicine, and, from their largely-extended sale and general adoption as a FAMILY MEDICINE," may be fairly classed as a household necessary. Prepared solely by JOHN KAYE, Esq., of Prospect Hall, Woodford, Essex. Sold by all Medicine Vendors, at Is. ltd., 2s. 9d., and 4s. 6d. Wholesale Depot, 22 Bread- street, London. [76 ELEGANT CHRISTMAS PRESENTS. Under the patronage of Royalty and the Aristocracy of Europe. ROWLANDS' MACASSAR OIL, composed essentially of exotic oils, its effects, either in pre- serving the hair in its original strength and beauty, or restor- ing it when lost, are in many cases all but miraculous. Price 3s. 6d.; 7s.; 10s. 6d, (equal to four small) and 21s. per bottle ROWLANDS' KALYDOR, an ORIENTAL BOTANICAL PREPARATION, for improv- ing and beautifying the Complexion and Skm, and eradicating al Cutaneous Visitations. Price 4s. 6d. and 8s. 6d. per bottle. ROWLANDS' ODONTO, or PEARL DENTRIFICE, is of inestimable value in Preserv- ing and Beautifying the Teeth, Strengthening the Gums, and in giving a pleasing fragrance to the breath. Price 2s. 9d. per B0X' IMPORTANT CAUTION. The hifcli and universal reputation of these articles induces some Shopkeepers to give the same names to ch ap preparations of their own. It is highly necessary on purchasing to see that the word ROWLANDS' is on the wrapper of each, and their signature, in RED ink, "A. ROWLAND & SONS." Tke principle on which each is prepared, is confined solely to the knowledge and practice of A. ROWLAND and SONS, and the amalgamation of their costly exotic ingredients neutralizes all attempts to separate their component parts. A ROWLAND & SONS have repeated complaints from parties who have suffered from the use of imitations, but they cannot, in such cases, be responsible for the consequences. Tho Oflnuine Articles are sold by respectable Chemists and Perfumers. [15,837 < §at\m- BOROUGH OF NEWPORT, MONMOUTHSHIRE. £ ELECTION OF A SCHOOL BOARD. J NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, 1.
