The rent reserved by the lease (which is included in this Sale) is d,250 per annum for one furnace, and < £ 500 if a second furnace be erected, for the coal and mine used in the works; besides 5s per wey on all coals raised for exportation, which has not yet commenced :-these rents are independent of the rents for the surface — A copy of the lease will be produced.
