The boiler is of Farnley iron, the fire-box of Swansea copper, tubes of the best solid drawn brass, tyres and axles of Caramell's steel. The Engine is in condition almost equal to new, having been supplied about thirteen months ago, and, as the makers are the well-known and eminent firm, Messrs. Hudswell, Clarke, and Rogers, of the Railway Foundry, Leeds, the superiority of the workmanship, style, finish, and excellence of material are unquestionable. THE FOLLOWING REGULATIONS HAVE BEEN MADE BY THE SWANSEA TOWN COUNCIL:- i A LL ordinary Road Traffic will be stopped in J\_ the Streets to be traversed by the Royal Procession between Singleton (Sketty Entrance) and Guildhall at 9 a.m., and the road within the Barriers will be entirely cleared at 10.30 a.m., after whicn hour no person will be allowed to pass except those holding Invitation Cards for the Reception Pavilion or Tickets bearing the official stamp, who will be allowed to pass up to 11 30 a.m. bearing the official stamp, who will be allowed to pass up II 30 a.m. Castle Bailey-street will be cleared at 10 a.m., and no person will be allowed therein after that hour unless provided with a Pass.. 2—All ordinary Road Traffic will be stopped on the streets to be traversed by the Royal Procession (on the return route) between the top of Temple-street and the Lower Singleton Gate on the Mumbles-road at 2 p.-n and the road within the barriers will be entirely cleared at 3 p.m., after which hour no person will be allowed therein unless provided with a pass. 3.-No Carriages will be allowed to cross the Bridges to or from St. Thomas after 10 a,m., except car- riages containing persons holding passes, who will be allowedtocrossuptolla.ro. 4-Movable barriers for giving access to the lines of route will be placed at Singleton Gate, Sketty-road, Brynmill-lane, Glanmor-road, Brynmore lane both sides of St. James's Crescsnt, Brunswick-street, Calvert- terrace, Pa<*e-street Cradock-street, Mount Pleasant, Dynevor-place Hi«h'-street, College-street, Welcome-lane, Temple-street Caer.street, Mount street, Harbour-road, Quay-parade York-street, Victoria-road, Goat-street, Oxford-street Union-street, Heathfield-street, Dillwyn- street, Page-street, Argyle-street, Brynmor-road, New Oxford-street, and Oystermouth-road. 5.
