The advantages this Company offer are such as to ensure the confidence of customers, ai it will enable them to reali e a fair profit for their goods in foreign countries, which hitherto they have been unab e to do owing to the extreme high prices gene- rally charged. Ths Company will be in a position to give terms for the voyage on the usual conditions of insurance covering the amount of each purchase. It is more than probable that the profits accruing from the Company's undertaking, after selling at a moderate price, will from the extensivo connection the manager has with owners and shipmasters, leave a large dividend, and it i. expected that at least 10 per cent. will be declared for the first ha f-year. It is intended that the Company will purchase the goods for cash, and this will add considerably to the profits.
