S' TOPF^GE OF THE WEST OF ENGLAND TANK. A SAFE INVESTMENT. TAKE A SHARE IK TUB PRIZE DRAWING, WHICH WILL BE HELD IN THB MUSIC HALL, SWANSEA, ON FEBRUARY 27TH, 1879, WHEN VÕU MAY WIN SEVEN THREE-ROOMED HOUSES, WORTH £ 626, FOR ONE GUINEA (£1 Is. OD.) Tds is a genuine sale, as the Owner, having money locked up in the West of England and South Wales Dis- trict Bank, is desirous of promptly realising his available resources. Doubting the possibility of finding a pur- chaser at one sum in the present depressed state of the money market, he resolved to adopt an easier, though somewhat uncommon method of disposing of the pro- perty, and now offers it in about 260 Shares at One Guinea each. The property is estimated to be worth £ 525, and is mortgaged to a building society for P-350. The premises are leasehold, 6 ? years unexpired, and are subject to but a nominal ground rent of £ 1 per annum, being less than 3s each house. The sum of 9137 10s has been paid on account of the mortgage the balance being repayable in monthly instalments of Pg 10s, which payments will be more than covered by the rental, thus leaving in a few years the whole of the property unincumbered. The situation is healthy and pleasant, 15 minutes from High-street Railway Station, Swansea; 3 minutes f rem Land ore Station. Several large works near employ- ing in the aggregate, when in full swing, 5.000 men. Close to chapel and school, Each house has a small garden. Whoever is fortunate enough to win this Prize, will secure in the course of time a modest little income at the cost of next to nothing but a little trouble.
