PUBLIC AMUSEMENTS CARDIFF, TJIEATRE ROYAL, CARDIFF. Lessee and Manager ROBERT REDFORD. EVERY EVENING, at 7.30, and SATURDAY, at Two. MR. GEORGE DANCE'S COMPANY, In the Enormously Successful Comic Opera, THE L ITTLE MICHUS, By MM. Messager and Vanloo (Author and Composer of "Veronique," Ac.), Still Playing to Crowded Houses at DALY'S THEATRE, LONDON. Splendid Ca6t. including Mr. LESLIE HOLLAND and Misses ttAOIE SINCLAIRE and ALICE COVERICK (as the "Little Michus"). THE GAZEKA. TWO GUINEAS REWAR-D. Mr. George Dance will give a Prize of Two Guineas to the lady or gentleman' who sub- mits the best drawing of a. Gazeka,. Children may compete. The Gazeka is an animal described by the General in The Little Michus," and since he is the only person who has even seen one of them, it will be neces- sary for Competitors to hear his description 'of it before they commence their task. The Sketches may be in ink, pencil, or oolcuiv, and each will ha-vo an equal chance of win- fcing. Competitors need not oe artists. In fact, most of the prizes have been heretofore won by persons who have a keen sense of humour, but not the slightest knowledge of drawing. All Sketches should be sent to the Theatre not later than the first past on Friday morning, addressed to Mr. George Dance's Manager. The Winner wiil be announced from the Stage after the Second Act on Friday night, and a cheque for Two Gumeas handed to the successful competitor. Competitors must write their naines and addresses on each sketch sent in, and this is a vital condition of the competition; other- wise the Management will not hold them- selves responsible for any misunderstanding. General Des Ifs and Mr. George Dance's Manager will act as the Judges in the Com- petition. Next Week:—The latest comedy, "PUBLIC OPINION." Box Office at Theatre. 10 to 5. Nat.
